The last month has been a whirlwind with my moms birthday, my birthday, my grandmas birthday, school vacation and sadly the day my 16 year old brother died suddenly when a tree fell on him while he was riding his dirtbike. I miss him so, as do my parents! We found a great line from a SuzyToronto mug that has brought comfort to us......it says Life is all about how you handle plan B. ........ That is how we will now live our life, in plan B. I hope to write soon again! Love to you all! Courtney and mom Michelle

my hair cut for locks for love

Last week I got my haircut and donated the hair to locks for love so they can make hairpieces for people who have cancer and are going through radiation treatment. I was so proud and told everyone including the lady in the country store.

I haven't blogged in a while.....

So much fun I have had recently with a trip to the beach with my dad and we saw horses. we climbed on the rocks and chased the surf and made movies getting their shoes wet. Also went to look for sea pottery with my mom and our three dogs. We found a piece of sea pottery and also found two pieces of sea glass. We had so much fun at the beach and met so many nice people that day and we got to see the coolest kites and we will bring ours next time.

Hello again, I have been very busy with a day going to an old fashioned country store, going to see three covered bridges and learned all about them and then had lunch one day at a mexican restaurant, see my friends Juan, and Jaime. I also had a great day with my brother and we went to Daniels restaurant and their food was wonderful! Hope you are all having a wonderful week!

I made a video of a science experiment I did with my mother. We had modelling clay and silly putty and we mixed things to see what happened with the balls. Watch my production!

valentine weekend

This weekend was busy with a sleepover at Grammy's and Papas and also going to voice lessons, and making valentines and then going to dinner with my friend at friendly's.

I went to the post office yesterday to send my postcards to spain, germany, china, russia, and holland. I can't wait until I recieve some postcards from www.postcrossing.com I also sent some photocards to my friends from things we did this fall and summer. Today I went to the hospital to see how my immune system is doing, I had to get up at 5:00am to get there in time for 8:30. My mom and I are making cookies today, because my brother is having his friend come over afterschool. I just got the soundtrack from singing in the rain and I think it is wonderful. My mom got the grammy CD from this years grammy's and she is listening to it over and over. Have a great day!
